KadeCo helped me tremendously when we were out of town and our HVAC decided to break down. It was old and needed replacement. KadeCo responded immediately (others said they could come look at it in several days), quoted a much lower price than we could have gotten anywhere else, and installed it without delay. All of this was done while we were out of town, but prospective buyers were due to see the home in 2 days. Their expert technician swapped the unit out leaving no trace of him having been there. The inside unit was not a direct replacement but the carpentry work that was required, the new insulation, and of course the new inside unit were all installed and looked like it had always been there, but new! We will only use KadeCo in the future and have already recommended them to several others. They show up when they say they will and have very skilled employees that respect their client’s property. This is THE HVAC company to use in the greater Pensacola area. You will have no regrets or surprises with them. Look no further!

Kade and the folks at Kade Co have been life (business) saviors for me more times then I can count. Air conditioning is a necessity in the Pensacola area. I have several business from a Bar, commercial rentals to Vacation rental and several homes. Kade has gone above and beyond the keep each of them serviced when the need arises, which is usually at a challenging time. I will be forever thankful.
